The Master in Sustainable Corporate Management (SCM) is a 2-year national Master’s degree (MAE – Management and Business Administration) awarded by the Université de Lorraine and delivered by IAE NANCY – School of Management.
The program is taught entirely in English. It is aimed at students from all geographical backgrounds who have completed at least a bachelor’s degree in another academic field and wish to acquire additional skills in business economics and management in a multicultural context, with a particular focus on sustainability, responsibility, and organizational transformation.
The SCM program provides students with an in-depth understanding of the fundamental disciplines of management while integrating sustainability as a central strategic and operational dimension, with a view to developing dual expertise in relation to skills previously developed in other fields (law, engineering, science and technology, humanities, social sciences, etc.).

Graduates of the Master in Sustainable Corporate Management will be equipped for leadership roles in diverse sectors, integrating sustainability into organizational practices. With a global perspective, they will be capable of managing teams and projects in multicultural environments.
Semester 3: Courses (mid-September to end of December – approx. 220 hours) – Expertise, investigation & research
Semester 4: Professional experience + Master’s thesis – Autonomy
Students may complete an exchange semester at a partner university (subject to approval by the Program Director) during the 3rd semester.

Professional development (30 ECTS) Students will develop their professional experience through an internship (or job, entrepreneurial project, research project…) of 4 to 6 Months.
Students will also write a master’s thesis during this 9 month-period, and defend it in late September. The topic is chosen in accordance with the program director and the thesis supervisor and is linked with taught subjects.
