Objectives

Over the first two years, the AES degree aims to lay essential foundations for future professionals by offering tools (statistics, languages, IT, accounting) and methodological aids (written and oral expression techniques, legal science methodology, sociology and economics methodology). Organisation

The third year of the bachelor’s degree offers clearly differentiated courses enabling students to begin their professional specialisation :

GENERAL AND TERRITORIAL ADMINISTRATION (AGT): the aim is to prepare students for category A competitive examinations in the various public services. The courses focus on knowledge of administration and the acquisition of a general culture that is essential for success in competitive examinations.

HEALTH AND SOCIAL SECTOR ADMINISTRATION (ASSS): in addition to the core subjects of management and social economics, for example, the course includes lessons in health history, health sociology and medical and hospital law.
On completion of the degree, students will be able to take competitive examinations for the hospital civil service, the Ministry of Social Affairs or specialist schools.

HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) ORIENTATION: this course aims to provide an understanding of the world of work and the context in which companies operate. The course also includes professional teaching in human resources: personnel administration, payroll management, recruitment, quality procedures, health and safety at work.
