Supporting students

Integration of first-year undergraduate students

From high school to university, from the baccalauréat to the first year of a Bachelor’s degree, IAE NANCY is there to help you!

Academic support for students

Tutoring is a practice designed to support students in their academic career, particularly in their first years at university (Licence 1, Licence 2).

It is organised around tutoring sessions run by teachers or by students, members of the IAE NANCY BDE or volunteer Masters students.

Tutoring helps students to succeed by giving them the opportunity to approach their lessons and courses differently, in small groups.

Support in choosing career paths and further studies

DEFINE DISCOVER BUILD is the triptych that supports the structuring of the career path of each student enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree at IAE NANCY.

Throughout the Bachelor’s cycle, students are supported in their choice of specialities, discovery of Master’s courses and the development of their career plans.

The project is structured gradually, following a series of actions such as :

  • individual and personalised workshops, combined with group workshops ;
  • 4 key moments between the 1st and 3rd years of the Licence.

Individual advice to help students develop their professional skills

IAE NANCY students benefit from individual, personalisedinterviews to guide them in their search for an internship, an apprenticeship contract, a professional project or an entrepreneurial project.

Identification of their skills, advice on their application tools (CV, covering letter), information on the job market, access to the career centre and job vacancies: a whole range of actions provided by professionals, experts in the field of integration advice, to help students gradually integrate the professional environment.

IAE NANCY supports individual advice workshops for students, run by professionals who are specialists and experts in these fields:
