The Master’s degree, which has been awarded the “Master RH d’excellence” label by the Référence RH networkwww.reference-rh.org – , also stands out for the links it maintains with professional circles, and in particular with theAssociation Nationale des DRH ANDRH Lorrainewww.andrh.fr – , which has been a partner of the Master’s degree since it was founded.

One of the special features of the Master’s programme lies in its assessment methods: focused on the acquisition of fundamental knowledge in the first year, they focus more broadly on the development of skills through individual and group situational tests in the second year.

Objectives

The first year of the Master’s programme is devoted to acquiring fundamental knowledge of human resources management in organisations. There are two main strands:

  • Theoretical and professional courses geared towards careers in human resources and management: approaches to human behaviour in organisations, employment law, strategic management, HRM policies and practices, management of industrial relations, etc., designed as fundamentals for students continuing on to the second year of the Master’s programme.
  • The acquisition of methodological tools and elements of general culture, essential for HR managers wishing to develop skills such as analysis, synthesis, oral and written communication and teamwork.
