Objectives
The first year of the Master’s programme is devoted to acquiring fundamental knowledge of human resources management in organisations. There are two main strands:
Theoretical and professional courses geared towards careers in human resources and management: approaches to human behaviour in organisations, employment law, strategic management, HRM policies and practices, management of industrial relations, etc., designed as fundamentals for students continuing on to the second year of the Master’s programme.
The acquisition of methodological tools and elements of general culture, essential for HR managers wishing to develop skills such as analysis, synthesis, oral and written communication and teamwork.

Classes take place on Thursdays and Fridays every week from September to June (except during school holidays). Students work in companies and/or host organisations from Monday to Wednesday throughout the academic year (from October to the end of September).
