Rapidly changing environments and modes of governance in the health and social care sector, the growing complexity of technical, social and economic environments and the challenges associated with change management and efficient management all call for training that is both technical and generalist in complex project management, process and flow management, forecasting, auditing, coordination and evaluation of activities, cluster management, skills management, management control and steering using indicators and dashboards, risk management and quality.

The courses are divided into 18 teaching units over the 2 years of the Master’s degree.
FACE-TO-FACE (FI & FC)
The course runs for 1 year, from September to June, on a sandwich basis. Classes are held on Thursdays and Fridays until May. On Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, students must take part in a work placement (minimum 8 weeks full-time, possible from the start of the course), an apprenticeship contract or continuing professional activity (continuing education students) in an organisation in the health, social or medico-social sector. In addition, students who are not on an apprenticeship contract or working in the health, social or medico-social sector will be required to make a voluntary commitment to an organisation in the sector, from October to March (half a day per week). This commitment will be assessed on the basis of a monograph on the voluntary organisation, produced and supported by the student.
