Presentation

A diploma preparing students for positions as executives, entrepreneurs, business developers and project managers in the work integration and inclusion sectors.

The Entrepreneurship and Management of Economic Inclusion Projects (EnMaPIAE) Master’s degree aims to provide knowledge, know-how and interpersonal skills in all areas of project management for a structure or organisation (strategy, human resources management, change management, financial and budgetary management, quality approach, project management, etc.). To achieve this, it relies on a training team combining professionals from the sectors concerned, experts in the various fields of entrepreneurship, and academics from different scientific disciplines (management, sociology, psycho-sociology, economics, ergonomics, management, adult education sciences and information-communication).

Students are required to undertake a work placement of 8 weeks in M1 or a sandwich course. This organisation will be repeated in M2, which will be offered entirely on a sandwich course basis (status and rhythm), although it may include a full-time equivalent placement of at least 4 months.

Both years of the Master’s programme are open to continuing education (face-to-face) and also to sandwich courses.
