Presentation
A diploma preparing students for positions as executives, entrepreneurs, business developers and project managers in the work integration and inclusion sectors.
The Entrepreneurship and Management of Economic Inclusion Projects (EnMaPIAE) Master’s degree aims to provide knowledge, know-how and interpersonal skills in all areas of project management for a structure or organisation (strategy, human resources management, change management, financial and budgetary management, quality approach, project management, etc.). To achieve this, it relies on a training team combining professionals from the sectors concerned, experts in the various fields of entrepreneurship, and academics from different scientific disciplines (management, sociology, psycho-sociology, economics, ergonomics, management, adult education sciences and information-communication).
Students are required to undertake a work placement of 8 weeks in M1 or a sandwich course. This organisation will be repeated in M2, which will be offered entirely on a sandwich course basis (status and rhythm), although it may include a full-time equivalent placement of at least 4 months.
Both years of the Master’s programme are open to continuing education (face-to-face) and also to sandwich courses.
Objectives
The EnMaPIAE Masters aims to provide knowledge, know-how and interpersonal skills in all areas of project management for a structure or organisation (strategy, human resources management, change management, financial and budgetary management, quality approach, project management, etc.).
Skills acquired
The courses are broken down into 18 teaching units corresponding to the 10 blocks of skills to be acquired over the two years of the Master’s degree (see RNCP35922).
Further study after M1
Validation of your EnMaPIAE Master 1 gives you automatic access to the EnMaPIAE Master 2.
The course runs for one year, from September to June, in the form of one-week groups (approximately every 4 to 6 weeks maximum).
Students are required to undertake a work placement either in the form of an 8-week internship in M1 or as part of a sandwich course.
START OF THE ACADEMIC YEAR: Early September
Course programme – 400 hours of teaching
The programme and content of the courses meet the needs of the professional networks, which were involved in drawing up the curriculum and which provide part of the teaching over the two years. More than half of the courses are taught by professionals from various sectors of activity in the fields of integration and inclusion.

Continuing Education

Continuing vocational training enables all employees, whatever their professional or personal situation, to update their skills and promote their professional development.
Whether you’re an employee, a jobseeker or self-employed, you can obtain a diploma, a short or long training course leading to a qualification, either face-to-face or by distance learning, on a sandwich course, or even take part in a validation of prior learning scheme…
The Master 1 EnMaPIAEcan be taken as part of a Continuing Education programme, or as part of a Validation des Acquis de l’Expérience (VAE) or Validation des Acquis Professionnels et Personnels (VAPP) programme.
Our Professional Integration and Career Development Department will help you with your plans to return to education by offering you personalised interviews, guiding you through our range of training courses and informing you about the funding available depending on your status.
The EnMaPIAE Master’s degree trains entrepreneurs, business developers and organisational managers in the professional sectors of integration and professional inclusion, who will develop innovative projects in local areas that meet the needs of these areas and the people who live there.
As the EnMaPIAE Master’s degree was created in 2024, a survey on the future and professional integration of graduates will be carried out in the near future.

Internships abroad possible in Masters 1 and 2.
There is the possibility of a gap year between M1 and M2 to perfect knowledge of a foreign language and/or strengthen professional experience.
Student exchange programmes (Erasmus +, bilateral programmes) enable students to gain international experience as part of their university studies. They also prepare qualified young people with an open mind and cross-cultural experience for a career in an increasingly international environment.
IAE NANCY has around forty agreements with foreign universities. Every year, around 30 IAE NANCY students spend an academic semester abroad.
